plucker software package provides Pluck stuff from the web and read it on your PalmOS device, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install plucker
plucker is installed in your system.
Make ensure the plucker package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep plucker *
You will get with plucker package name, version, architecture and description in a table
